A visionary entrepreneur with over 25 years of cross-sector experience in education, consulting, telecommunications, and enterprise systems. He holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, an MBA in Finance, a Master’s in ERP, and an MA in Economics, and is currently pursuing doctoral research focused on sustainable economic models for the ECEC sector.
Ayesha Ahsan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and brings over 20 years of professional experience. A mother of three, she is renowned for her unmatched eye for detail, dedication, and resilience. As Co-Founder, she has been instrumental in building i9 Education from the ground up, ensuring strong operational foundations and a culture of quality and care across the organisation.
A mother of two with over 20 years in the ECEC industry and an MBA, Rebecca has been with i9 Education for more than eight years as Senior Operations Manager. She is recognised for her unmatched dedication and passion for early childhood education, driving operational excellence, compliance, and team support across the organisation.
Nicole is a mother of two with over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education and care sector. For more than 14 years, she has been a key part of i9 Education, bringing a proven track record in running centre operations, driving occupancy growth, and building strong, lasting relationships with families.
Joanne, a mother of four, has been with i9 Education for over 10 years. She has progressed through leadership roles from Centre Manager to Area Manager, and now serves as Engagement Support Manager. Known for her dedication and outstanding skill in building connections, Joanne plays a vital role in driving strong family and community engagement across the organisation.
Jem, a mother of three, has been with i9 Education for more than 10 years. Rising from Room Leader to her current role as Operations Support Manager, she is recognised for her flexibility, dedication, and creativity in designing engaging learning spaces. Jem also oversees kitchen menus and leads occupational health and safety initiatives, ensuring quality and care across all centres.
Amy is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and has been with i9 Education since 2013. As Educational Leader Coordinator, she is known for her resilience, passion, and energy in shaping high-quality programs across the organisation. A dedicated and dynamic professional, Amy brings fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
Jake has been a valued member of i9 Education for over five years and currently serves as our Administration Manager. He oversees security, administration, and IT equipment across our centres, ensuring smooth operations and reliable systems. With his experience, dedication, and problem-solving skills, Jake plays a vital role in keeping our organisation running efficiently behind the scenes.
