At i9 Education, the i9 Academy plays a vital role in leading and coordinating professional development to ensure high standards of education and care across all services.
The purpose of the i9 Academy is to:
Career Pathway Trainings including Professional development sessions conducted at Head Office are paid and focus on leadership, compliance, and sector updates.
These trainings include but not limited to:
Up to 10 hours of paid mentoring time is allocated for educators participating in structured mentoring to support professional growth.
In-Service Training will be held according to the needs of educators, parents, and children. Professional development training will be paid and organised by the Head Office on an ongoing basis.
Monthly and quarterly paid team meetings are held to strengthen team building, collaboration, and communication. These meetings give educators dedicated time to align on centre practices, share ideas, and work together to enhance the overall quality of programs and daily operations.
